OH! I am so glad to hear you're going to be OK - thank goodness for no cast! It doesn't make it any less painful/hassle, but I'm glad you don't have to worry about the added stress of wearing the cast. Sending warm happy weekend hugs!! XOXO
I'm glad to hear you don't have to wear a cast. That can be a major damper on choosing an outfit for the day.
I started a blog that I think you might like. It combines fashion and giving back to charities. Each week, I will give away 1 designer dress (this week it’s the Pink Adelson Shift from Lilly Pulitzer Spring 2010) to one lucky follower, who raises awareness of the blog's selected charity through various ways such as tweeting about it or commenting with an interesting fact. I am currently also giving away some great Lilly stationary items too. Please check out my blog at www.shop4charity.blogspot.com because doing good is chic!
So glad no cast! You and I have had a rough week, my friend. We should purchase a little something to make us feel better. LOL Seriously, hope the pain goes away and soon! XOXO
Take it easy ~ I know, easier said than done. A sprain needs time heal just as much as a broken bone. Wish I lived closer so I could bring you all a meal and help you out.
Oh no. I just read your last post first and then got to read the good news. Sprains hurt really badly too...so sorry you are going through that. I have tripped on that lone pieces of sidewalk chalk before too.
If anyone could have pulled off the preppy pink and green cast, it so would have been you. Thinking about you and hoping that the pain is much better.
You never posted steeplechase pictures. :) Have a great Sunday.
So glad to hear it's not a fracture! I thought of you on Saturday as our neighbors' kids were playing with sidewalk chalk. I thought, "That's more dangerous than you think, kids!"
I am just catching up on my blog reading--so sorry to hear about your little "accident." I am also glad that you did not have to get a cast, but if you had had to get a cast a pink one (like your pic) would have been di-vine, lol!

Thank goodness! However, I know a sprain hurts too. I know it's easier said than done, but please take care of yourself!
ReplyDeleteEven though a sprain is very painful I am so glad you are not in a cast, even a pink one!

Been reading about the equestrian season in the Augusta paper. Sounds like lots of fun. Glad your injury is only a sprain. Take care.
