My Name is Bevy and I am Now a Tweeter

As of a few days ago, I have officially become a "twit" or "tweeter" or whatever you call it!  Sweet (or should I say "Tweet"?!?!?!?!?!  I kill myself!)  Jessica at Entertaining House has kindly become my first follower and had the joy of being the recipient of my first "@" tweet.   In fact I sent her two as I never saw it post the first time.  (Now I know that direct messages post privately.) I'm following a few of you but would love to share my golden days with you too!  Here's my ID:  bevysc.  Look forward to hearing from you!!!

(Oh!  And if your Twitter ID is different than your Blog ID, please let me know so that I know who you are!!! LOL)

  1. Thanks for stopping by my blog and welcome to Twitter. Another blog you may want to check out in addition to SP is Southern Gent http://www.southerngentblog.com/ He does post frivolous stuff, but he also posts some great posts on being a southern gentleman. Even though I don't have a boy, I save many of his posts as well as SP's posts. I subscribe via email and just get new posts in email. Also on Southern Gent's blog is links to other male blogs that may be helpful.
Also, just wanted to let you know I requested to follow you on Twitter.

  2. Welcome to the Twitter world! But would you believe that just now as I went out to "find" you, Twitter said (and I quote) "Twitter is a bit stressed at the moment..." Can you believe that? I will add you as a follower soon. My name is wayla0422 in case you would like to follow me, too! Lurve me some Twitter.

  4. That's why I use the same profile pic on Twitter. I figure if people can't figure out who GimletMom is then they will see my picture and think, Aha! It's EntertainingMom!

    You're pretty tweet too! LOL

  5. I think I need to stay away from twitter because I do NOT need one more reason to be at the computer.

A friend in VA made the platter for me when Kate came home. She has 4 kiddos now and as far as I know she no longer does them. I''ll bet you could take a photo to one of those paint your own pottery places and someone talented there could do it. I don't think it is super difficult as I watched her do them.
